Sweet Bamboo is known for their eco-friendly, bamboo childrens' pieces. They are a premium line designed for parents looking for alternatives to traditional, big box pajamas. 

While the bamboo market is a booming industry, it is also a very challenging one to navigate due to the overwhelming amount of competitors in the space. Misguided attention, let alone missed attention, can prove to be very costly. Sweet Bamboo challenged us with creating buzz and awareness so that we could build a thriving community that was both organic and engaged–all while increasing revenue.

Our approach was to have an omnipresence throughout their forward facing digital sales channels. This meant restructuring Sweet Bamboo’s marketing strategy and communication style via email marketing, paid + organic social media, and their website.

Our tip to tail analysis included a CRO overhaul of their website to improve user experience, a grassroots approach to building an online community using social creators and product seeding, and a new approach to email marketing that emphasized a healthy communication cadence and targeted list segmentation. 

RESULTS

In less than 6 months, we increased their sales by 6x and by the end of the year we had increased their sales by 8x. Sweet Bamboo quickly became a thought leader in the space and provided a safe space for parents to feel comfortable and confident shopping for their little ones.
